Made from 100% pallet wood boards sandwiched and glued together to form a single block which is then carved to freehand organic shapes with a band saw. The shapes are inspired by the new characteristics of the wood block to carve that are born from the imperfections of the different boards. Minimal waste of timber from the block also influences the form.

• The interior of the jewellery box drawer is lined with black felt.
• Teak carved from garden furniture rescued from a skip is used to make the handle of the drawer of this box.

Light oak stained and finished with Tung oil and Bee’s wax.
