Pallet Wood 'Tulip' Jewellery Box

Made from 100% pallet wood boards sandwiched and glued together to form a single block which is then carved to freehand organic shapes with a band saw. The shape was the outcome of many hours of hand work trying to remove a nasty knot hole filled with glue.

The body of the box is stained with shaded green and the drawers with a pinkish red forming a composition that resembles tulip flowers.

The interior of the jewellery box drawers are lined with black felt.
